starting off with the queen of art song: miss elly ameling.
i am just absolutely obsessed with how light, clear, and beautiful her tone is. her phrasing is so thoughtful and sweet.
and i remember when i was a student, i loved her recordings specifically because her diction was so clear
to listen to and learn from. anyway, here are some of my favorite recordings of hers:
